PROCESSING TIME
For items in stock, usually your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, except weekends and holiday, please plan in advanced accordingly.
For customized order, that would take 2-3 weeks based on your order detail.
RIGHT SHIPPING ADDRESS
To ensure that your package is delivered on time, please make sure that all required and/or relevant information is correctly entered. We do not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Note: Express doesn’t accept any PO. box address.
DELIVERY TIME
All shipping times are estimates only and although very accurate, carriers may exceed these times during high volumes or unforeseen delays in their networks.
SHIPPING FEE
Shipping cost will be based on your order quantity(weight) and the country you from.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be held responsible for the original shipping costs in addition to the cost of returning the package if you refuse any shipments from AY Hair Factory. A 20% restocking fee may be applied on the order.
SHIPPING METHODS
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or our customer service group for help. Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by AY hair, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL or FEDEX or UPS pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from these shipping companies after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.
ROMOTE DELIVERY AREAS WORLDWIDE
If you live in a designated remote area, the price to pay for living in a beautiful place is extra postage costs. Should your order get flagged to us as Remote, we will contact you to pay the surcharge. Usually this cost will be $15-30 between, this fee is levied to us on top of the original postage costs. Should you not wish to pay the remote charge, we will cancel the order and refund any monies owing in full. Unfortunately the remote area surcharge is not a charge applied by Foxy Locks and is applied by the postal/courier service used.
UNAVAILABLE STOCK
Sometimes products are out of stock or not available for immediate shipping. We will notify by email. At that time, you may elect to keep the order on backorder and wait for the product to come back in-stock, accept an alternate color/length/product, or cancel your order.
FRAUD ALERTES
Any orders with fraud alerts will not be processed and shipped until all details are verified. AY hair Extensions has a fraud prevention system put in place to protect all customers.
RETURNS
By placing an order at AY Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to the AY Hair Returns Policy for more information on how to return packages.
