We have remarkably low return rates because of the high-quality wholesale hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please make sure to contact us with email at first, so we will send you a return instruction. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  1. To be eligible for a return or a exchange, all merchandise returns must be in the unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern (undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached.
  2. NO return & exchange for clearance products.
  3. NO return & exchange for customized color & style products.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect your parcel and will immediately issue you a refund once your return is approved.
  5. If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
  6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if packages that are marked delivered.

Please Note We Do Not Have A Shipping Label.

  • For all the issue caused by AY hair such as send wrong products,quality issue, AY hair will be paying for the shipping cost.
  • For buyer’s issue such as dislike ,exchange ,buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost for return, as well as 25 dollars shipping fee will be charged for the order we shipped to you at the beginning of the bill, it will be deducted from your bill.
